Come to the 3rd floor lab this Thursday ( Nov 8 ) to get a hands-on start to iOS development. Everyone interested in iOS development is invited to attend, but the instruction will be geared toward those just getting started with little to no experience.

BEFORE COMING TO THE TECH NIGHT — take time to download and install Xcode by (1) go to the App Store on your mac, (2) search ‘Xcode’, (3) select install

Special Ops Android development night was a hit! There was a ton of food – soda, super messy brownies with gooey chocolate frosting. Everyone who attended was able to get the information necessary to be all set up as an android shop. Everyone learned a lot, gained great experience, and had a lot of fun.

The AIS Special Ops group made its debut on January 24 with a great presentation by five brilliant BYU interns. They presented job duties they performed in their internships. They also shared some interviewing techniques and lectured about different software that they actually used while on the job.

The Association for Information Systems (AIS) kicked off 2012 with an Opening Social sponsored by the Wal-Mart Information Systems Department (ISD). The Hinckley Center reception hall was packed with 180 attendees, including dates, spouses, and faculty. What a great opening to the new semester!
